Mantis incorporates the efforts of both its Technical and Client Services Groups to help its clients "preserve their business intelligence" sm.
The Engineering Committee oversees the conversion of data and identifies the proper Data Team members - matching existing client infrastructure technologies to the individuals who can add the most value for that particular technology.
The Data Team investigates the data requirements of each specific input/output request. It's members determine data specifications, transportation issues, and expected volumes. By reviewing sample data, the team determines if the data conforms to strict HL7 standards and how corrections can be made if necessary to bring communications into compliance.
The Network Team identifies the list of authorized network users, collects data to properly prepare them for activity on our network, and establishes operations procedures.
Client Services manages the implementation of all Mantis services. Client Services Representatives (CSRs) oversee the assessment, installation, training and support aspects of a healthcare community service rollout. They also maintain communication between clients, and all participating organizations.
A Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is assigned to each physician practice to provide a single point of contact. The CRM is authorized to make the necessary decisions to maintain the highest level of quality available for each subscription service.
